The Georg Fischer Executive Committee declared environmental and social aspects to be mandatory criteria for selection and assessment of suppliers besides price, quality and supplier’s reliability. The Georg Fischer Supplier Code defines the requirements for sustainable business practices applicable to all suppliers of goods and services. The core issues are business ethics, respect for human rights, socially responsible working conditions, compliance with environmental standards and application of management systems.
