Georg Fischer has defined its globally valid principles in a Corporate Policy. This document, addressing all stakeholders, sets out the values to which the Corporation is committed. Policies for human resources, social responsibility, communication and the environment explain the Corporate Policy in detail. A Corporate Policy for financial management is currently being drafted.

These fundamental principles provide the basis for directives, manuals and management systems for our day-to-day work. Every employee of the Georg Fischer Corporation is expected to act in accordance with these principles. The management of GF informs employees of the latest developments in these areas in publications such as the Annual Report, the Mid-Year Report and the Sustainability Report.
