Visitors can now take a guided tour of the mine and see the methods and equipment used as well as the means of transporting the ore from the mine.
Since June 2005, this mountain – with the highest iron ore
content of any in Switzerland – has had an additional tourist
attraction: two caverns that have been built into the stone.
