What does your job entail and which aspects of your job do you like most?
I’m the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the Business Unit (BU) GF Automotive China. As BU controller I take part in the formulation of business strategies and boost strategy realization together with my team. To participate in the implementation of the business and growth strategy at GF motivate me a lot and I am proud of the resulting successes.
What do you appreciate most at GF?
I feel as a member of the big GF family every day. GF offers a wide range of development opportunities for employees and keeps improving its company image as a good employer with regards to the diversity of cultures, gender, and age.
What was your most impressive moment at GF?
The business and market shares of GF Automotive China dramatically increased over the previous ten years’ period, which was fuelled by the support of the GF Europe platform and GF China’s strategy. The BU GF Automotive China has been so far awarded with the “Gold Award” by the headquarters, because of successful teamwork.
What kind of advice would you give to other GF employees and GF applicants?
