At GF, we focus on sustainability. We act according to our principles of ethical business conduct, responsibility for our employees, and commitment to protect the environment.
The current GF Sustainability Report, which is our annual “health check,” shows that we are on track to meet our sustainability targets. We made progress once again in 2018. For example, our three GF Divisions generated 47 percent of their sales with products and solutions that have a social or environmental benefit for customers. This means, for example,
customers of GF Piping Systems are able to ensure safe and hygienic drinking water in buildings.
customers of GF Casting Solutions obtain light metal components that help reduce the weight and the CO₂ footprint of their products, particularly of vehicles and aircrafts.
customers of GF Machining Solutions consume up to 50 percent less energy when operating their machines.
