GF has successfully closed the acquisition of VAG-Group, a renowned global manufacturer and supplier of water utility metal valve solutions based in Mannheim (Germany).

The message was clear: water is scarce, and for millions of people, safe water is still out of reach. This was the main message at this year’s Walk for Water as the event took place at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, gathering around 400 people.

GF has signed an agreement to divest GF Casting Solutions’ automotive business to Nemak S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexico-based global leader in aluminum lightweighting solutions for the automotive industry.
