GF to welcome top international executive to the Board of Directors

22/10/2021 - 18:00 (Central European Time)

At the Annual Shareholder's Meeting to take place on 20 April 2022, GF will propose electing Ms. Ayano Senaha to its Board.

Ayano Senaha (38), Japanese national, is the COO and a board member of Recruit Holdings, Tokyo (Japan), a pioneer in the digitalized job search business and the world leader in web matching services through its Indeed brand. She has held leadership positions in Japan, the UK and the US within Recruit, encompassing sales, R&D, Risk Management, HR, Finance as well as general management and currently chairs the Sustainability Committee of the group.

As a top executive at one of the most valuable companies in Japan, present in a fast-pace technology environment, Ayano Senaha would no doubt very well complement the GF Board in terms of skills and geographical reach.

Yves Serra, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GF, comments: "With this nomination, the Board of Directors is further expanding the increasingly important competencies of digitalization, sustainability and governance in a targeted manner and in line with our group strategy. We look forward to presenting her candidacy to our shareholders in April 2022."
