420 million Swiss francs credit agreement signed

Yesterday Georg Fischer signed a credit agreement running until 2013 with a bank consortium lead-managed by UBS. Following the successful issue of a bond on 25 August 2009, the Corporation now has access to a further 420 million Swiss francs to finance its business activities and implement its corporate strategy. This credit line gives Georg Fischer the entrepreneurial flexibility it needs and secures its medium-term financing. The agreement is testimony to the banks’ confidence in the Corporation and to its positive perspectives.
