The Group Executive Committee is headed by CEO Andreas Müller. The heads of the divisions and the Group staff units are responsible for the development and attainment of their business objectives and for the autonomous management of their respective areas. The CEO is in charge of running the Group as a whole.

GF has two divisions, GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions (formerly GF Piping Systems) and GF Building Flow Solutions, plus the Group staff units Finance & Controlling and Corporate Development. These two divisions cover GF’s business areas Buildings, Industry, and Infrastructure. The Chief Executive Officer is also the Head of Corporate Development.

The CEO, supported by the other members of the Group Executive Committee, bears responsibility for the management of the Group, where this is not delegated to the divisions or the Group staff units.
The Presidents of the divisions, supported by the Heads of the Business Units and service centers, bear responsibility for the management of the divisions. The Group staff units support the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee in their management and supervisory functions. The parent company of all the Group subsidiaries is Georg Fischer Ltd.
