Georg Fischer website achieves another top ranking

Consulting company KWD has scrutinized and rated websites from all over the world for the eighth time this year. Of the 70 Swiss companies whose websites were rated, Georg Fischer took fifth place – an excellent result.

The top-ranking company website in Switzerland was that belonging to Swisscom, followed by Credit Suisse, UBS and Roche. Nobel Biocare achieved the same points score as Georg Fischer. After us came Nestlé, Holcim, ABB and Novartis. This is the third successive year that Swisscom has won, while Georg Fischer came fourth last year.

None of the 70 Swiss websites that were rated ranked among the best in Europe. Of the 950 European websites examined by KWD, Telecom Italia took top place, followed by energy utility Eni and BASF. The websites were evaluated on 120 criteria in a survey of investors, analysts and business journalists who regularly use websites as a source of information.
