GF remuneration system wins Award

For the fourth time since 2010, the Swiss Institute of Directors (SIoD) has awarded Swiss companies with exemplary remuneration concepts. This year, GF won the first prize for its outstanding compensation system. It can be found in the GF Annual Report, published in February 2019, in the Compensation Report section. "Georg Fischer deserves this award due to the combination of a long-term business and salary model, external transparency and an in-depth and concise remuneration report," stated Prof. Dr. Martin Hilb, President of SIoD, at the award ceremony. In her acceptance speech, Eveline Saupper, member of the GF Board of Directors and Chairwoman of the Compensation Committee, underlined: "GF strives for a fair, market-driven system that fits GF well and also for a morally and ethically correct compensation system for all employees."
