GF continues to reach the top in sustainability ratings

The Financial Times and the organization Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) recognize GF for its achievements in the areas of transparency and climate protection.

GF has been recognized as one of Europe’s leading companies in the field of climate protection, according to a report issued by the Financial Times. The business publication, in collaboration with the independent data collection institute Statista, published in the, “Financial Times Europe’s Climate Leaders Report” issue on 27 May 2021.

Additionally, and for the first time, GF has been awarded with the top “Environmental Quality Score” in the “Industrial Machinery” category in the ratings produced by the Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) organization. In its analysis, ISS examined the transparency of companies by looking at how they disclose their environmental data – for example on greenhouse gas emissions and waste volumes, compared with other companies in the same sector.

The awards follow last year's recognition of GF's sustainability leadership in the ratings published by the Wall Street Journal and CDP.

GF will publish its 2020 Sustainability Report on 3 June 2021 on the GF website.
