GF Annual Shareholders' Meeting 2020: Shareholders are obliged to delegate their voting rights
In accordance with the Swiss Federal Council's ordinance on measures to prevent coronavirus, the GF Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 15 April 2020 will take place without shareholders. The Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be limited to the agenda items required by law and the Articles of Association.
The Swiss Federal Councils' ordinance of 16 March 2020 on measures to prevent coronavirus includes a ban on all public events. Annual Shareholders' Meetings of companies must be held without shareholders.
The GF Annual Shareholders' Meeting will take place on 15 April 2020 at the premises of Georg Fischer Ltd, Ebnatstrasse 86, 8200 Schaffhausen (Switzerland).
Shareholders are entitled to exercise their voting rights by delegating them to an independent proxy via a written or electronic power of attorney. The relevant documents have been sent to all shareholders today.
