GF delivers Excellence in Flow through essential products and solutions that enable the safe and sustainable transport of fluids worldwide. The GF Corporation has two divisions:

• GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions is a leading supplier of piping systems made of plastics and metal. The division focuses on system solutions and high-quality components for the safe transport of water, chemicals and gases, as well as corresponding services. The product portfolio of fittings, valves, pipes, automation and jointing technologies covers all applications of the water cycle.
• GF Building Flow Solutions is a leading global provider of solutions that efficiently and effectively move water through cities, buildings, and homes. We provide safe drinking water, energy-efficient radiant heating and cooling systems as well as reliable infrastructure solutions. We help customers in residential and commercial construction, municipalities, and utilities, be more productive – and continuously find new ways to conserve, manage and provide water responsibly, unlocking its potential to provide comfort, health, and efficiency. 

GF focuses on solving real-world challenges across three business areas: Buildings, Industry, and Infrastructure, where efficient flow management is essential.

• Buildings
  Products and systems designed to transport, control and protect the flow of water and other critical media – supporting safe and efficient water use in homes, commercial buildings and urban environments.

• Industry
  Industrial solutions engineered for challenging conditions that enable the secure transport and control of liquids and gases, improving operational performance and sustainability across a wide range of applications.

• Infrastructure
  Products and systems that ensure the secure transport of water, energy and other essential media across urban and regional networks, supporting long-term performance, safety and sustainability.

The Board of Directors is made up of seven people. Its duties and responsibilities are defined by the Swiss Code of Obligations, the Articles of Association and the Corporation’s own Code of Conduct and organizational rules.

The Executive Committee consists of four members. As President and CEO, Andreas Müller is responsible for the management of the entire GF Corporation and at the same time Head of Corporate Development. He is supported in this by the heads of the Corporate Groups and the CFO and Head of Corporate Finance and Controlling.

The consolidated statement of the GF Corporation is prepared according to Swiss GAAP FER as of the fiscal year 2013 and complies with the requirements of Swiss law.

Previously the consolidated financial statements were prepared according to IFRS (formerly IAS) between 1993 and the fiscal year 2012.

There were 82,017,960 shares as at 31 December 2024.

The par value per registered share amounts CHF 0.05.

The company is allowed to buy its own shares only if it has the necessary capital at its disposal and the total par value of the shares it buys does not exceed ten percent of the total share capital.

The purchase and sale of GF shares is possible at all times, there are no trade restrictions. The reference day for the registration in the share register is about ten days prior to the Annual Shareholders' Meeting. The registration in the share register is a condition precedent to receive voting rights.

GF has a results-oriented dividend policy, meaning that about 30% to 40% of the Corporation’s annual profits goes to shareholders.

The shareholders will decide about the dividend distribution at the Annual Shareholder's Meeting on 16 April 2025. The dividend will be paid on 24 April 2025.

Investors must hold the shares latest by 17 April 2025 in order to be eligible for this year's dividend distribution.

If the shares are held by a custodian bank, the sum due will be paid to this bank. Registered shareholders who keep their shares at home or in a bank vault will receive the sum due at the address for dividend payments they themselves have provided.
